Windows .exe FML has detected item discrepancies

Getting this error screen when trying to log into a server. Can anyone help me out?

Looks like you have item ID conflicts regarding the mods twilight, steves carts, thaumcraft, railcraft, and portal gun.

Could you provide more information on the type of server your running, or if your doing single player, the same. Information such as ftb verison, any custom mods, etc, would be useful.

Generally, this sort of error only happens when you have custom mods, or have messed around with mod config file settings. FTB packs are made to avoid ID conflicts, so the fact that you have some is indicative of some customization on your end.

You will need to open the config files of all the involved mods, and check if there are any IDs that are the same between the mods. If the IDs are the same then they conflict.

If they do conflict, you will need to manually edit the IDs to some other number. Be careful here. If you change the ID, then the item/ block will disappear in your world. Its a good idea to change the conflicting ID number of the mods(s) you use least.

If you want to know if there are any free ID numbers, open your inventory in game, click on the options button, click on the block ID option, and select 'dump ID files", or something similar. Good luck!

I have been attempting to join a Mindcrack version 8.1.1 server. Only added mod is Optifine D4.

If anyone could look over that and suggest any changes I should make, that would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Server has the same config setup as I do... I am truly at a loss as to what to do... No one else seems to be having this problem, why meee!! *very sad face* All I want to do is play FTB! *facepalm*
