/fml confirm not working

This is the second time this has happened. First time was on TC. My power went out, came back on so I restarted the server, went out again, came back on so I restarted the server, but this time it asked me to type /fml confirm. The problem is when I type that I just keeps repeating the same thing over and over. Type /fml to continue, but it keeps repeating.

Now again my power went out but on another ftb server. It came back on so I restarted the server, then got a lovely blue screen that forced a computer restart. Now its doing the same /fml confirm thing again but wont start the server. It just keeps repeating type /fml to continue. The TC server I couldn't get to work so now I really would like to know what I could do to fix this. Sorry for all the trouble.

My guess is that files got corrupted and that even if /fml-confirm works I wouldn't be surprised it would ruin your world.

make a backup and try to open it in a single player. With some luck it crashes and says which files get corrupted

I feel so dumb lol. I didn't even realize the server folder has a backup folder with a bunch of zipped backups from the last few days. I easily fixed it just by replacing my world folder with a backup. Sorry for such a noob question.
