Summary of the problem Flux plug/points disconnect from block

Pack Version 3.0.8.

What is the bug? Flux plug/points disconnect from block after disconnecting from server. I have tried to add a chunk loader as well. (Just wanted to let you guys know.)

Mod & Version Flux networks 1.1.7.
