Flux Capacitor?

How do I use them? I built a leadstone flux capacitor, and now I can't figure out how to charge it up.

You have to attach the flux capacitor using any remaining tool modifier's (Tinkers' Construct) on a Tool Forge and then charge the tool in the Energetic Infuser.

Doesn't have to be on a tool, you can use them as batteries for TE machines that are rarely used or in remote locations

They are also portable batteries to recharge your tools, you activate them by shift-rightclick and it'll auto-charge your tools as you use them. (they have the enchanted glow when active)
