Flans mod Losing guns glitch

Hey guys, I have installed Flans Mod on my FTB Ultimate server, it was just for me and my friends, we then started making the guns and then we killed each over and we noticed that you loose your gun and ammo when you are killed or die, I am counting this as a glitch seeing as we spent ages making then. Therefore if this is a glitch could someone tell me how to fix this.

Type this into the chat:

/gamerule keepInventory true

That should fix it. If they aren't dropping onto the ground that might just be a Flan's thing to make sure you can't kill a bunch of people and steal all their weapons without having to craft your own.

It's not a glitch. Just turn on /gamerule keepInventory true and you wont lose items when you die.

No all your items drop on the ground but the gun just disappears, so if we do keep inventory we will keep everything else, i mean when we go to our death point the gun is not there but the rest of the items are.
