[Fixed] Trouble updating/launching Horizons

I'm running Win 7 64Bit and Java 7 update 45

When ever I (force) Update or try to launch Horizons I get this error in the console:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/google/common/collect/Lists

I've tried several times with the same results
I've redownloaded the launcher, reinstalled java, and deleted the Horizons folder, nothing fixed the problem.
No other modpacks have this issue

I fixed the problem.
All it took was for me to move the launcher and re-download the modpack.
