Today, I was going through my world to find some thaumcraft nodes and teleported using journey map waypoints. While the world around me was loading, ftb crashed. I restarted the client and as soon as I get into the world again, ftb crashes again. Anybody know how to fix this? Latest crash report is added as file.

There used to be a couple inventory editor programs that could do this out of the game. I've never used one before so I can't say for sure if it will work, especially for mod items. If this is an extreme circumstance and you can't / don't want to restart your world, it's possible to delete just your character from the world save. Your base and items will be safe, but everything you had on you, will be gone.
using NBTExplorer, I deleted the item from my inventoy, by editing the level.dat file. After that, I could load the world without problems
