I've seen an increasing number of threads over the past couple of weeks about the above error.
Basically what happens is a frame quarry is made and when it first moves the player crashes, then whenever someone comes close to the frame quarry ANY player will crash and the area becomes unplayable.
The cause is using a chest from the Iron chests mod on the frame quarry.
The resolution is to use enderchests or vanilla wooden chests.
The fix is somewhat difficult to achieve but it is achievable and will require an OP in creative mode to pop the iron chests. There will be a few seconds where the game will load before the crash (if your connection is good enough) where an OP in creative can get close enough to pop the iron chests on the frame quarry or stop the frame quarry. This will require repeated connection attempts to get close enough.
