Hi everybody,
Im back! With yet another complaint about my amazing computer. I play FTB Mindcrack v6 on a home-made server with my brother. I let the server run on the same computer that I play on.
Some info about my computer and internet situation:
- Intel core i5 processor
-Nvidia 550x (or something) graphics card
- 4GB RAM
- 1TB memory (400GB is free)
- Internet speed: 8mb/s (very slow, I know, but in a week we are upgrading to 40mb/s.
Well, lets get to the point now. When I start up FTB and play it for 30min it runs ok, not too great, but fine. Then it drops instantly between 10-20 fps which is of course bad. I watched one of the videos of a Mindcracker that had the same problem and it was caused by 400 entities that were on 1 spot on the ground. I dont have this problem and cant find 400 entities, lol. So what is the cause of this then? My crappy internet, my descent computer, or because other people are downloading/playing stuff in the house (I turned all the computers/laptops in my home off and still had this problem) Well if you can help me, thanks! Bye bye.
