Trying to find out if there is a way to find out who went where and when on your server, wanting to figure out who took somenes stuff.

Not really possible without some kind of camera mod. And if you do get a mod like that, it'll lag the crap out of your server because it'll be running essentially 20 fraps' at the same time.

You can always search peoples homes and search their character for the stolen items.
