Hey guys, so I'm using Direwolf and I'm trying to fill in some pits on our server.

I watched some tutorials, and set up a filler, but I cant seem to get it to work. I specified the dimensions, set up the power, but no matter what I do, I cannot get the filler to recognize a pattern. I have it filled with materials and there is noting in the way.

I'm pretty sure I did everything right. I have tried setting it up in both the top and bottom of the hole.

I have tried several kinds of blocks. From stone to cobble to basalt. Even bricks.

Am I missing something?

When you place the pattern in the 3x3 you need to use brick blocks and glass. For a complete fill it's just filling the 3x3 grid with bricks IIRC.

Then, you just place the blocks you want the filler to place in the inventory on the bottom.

Yeah I definitely used brick blocks (45). I even tried filling in the rest of the slots with glass.

Nothing appears in the empty slot to the right.... :(

http://minecraftbuildcraft.wikia.com/wiki/Filler Here is the link to the official wiki. Make sure you filler patterns match the page exactly. Make sure that when you complete the pattern an icon shows up where it would "craft". Finally make sure you are powering it and the redstone cell is not set to enable high. Needs to be enabled low for power to flow. I am using the latest version of buildcraft and have no issues with the filler.

OMG! lol. It works! I dont know what I was doing wrong. I somehow missed this page. Something from the FTB wiki was throwing me off I guess. Oh well, w/e. Its working now, thanks guys.
