Few mods need updating - where to get them?

Anyone have proper links for NEI Plugins, Forestry and Forge? I feel bad now because I just submitted my private pack application and it doesn't include the updated versions of these plugins

EDIT: Found Forestry. Seems the newest Forestry version is 2.0.0.11, and not 1.4.3.0

Yep so I got CCC and NotEnoughItems as well as Forestry. Launcher just hangs. I'm guessing I need to update Forge as well. I'm basically just testing the updates to make sure they work before I PM Watchful with the updated copy of my private pack.

EDIT: Where do I put Forge?

Indeed you did help, I just can't figure out where in the mod pack folder to put the updated version of forge (1.4.7 version, obviously) D:

If you go all the way up to where your .minecraft folder would be, you should see 2 folders; minecraft and instmods. You want to place forge in the instmods folder.
