Fetching addPacket for removed entity

Details of the issue Im getting this message on the server console. I dont know what it means. AE2 system was not pulling from chest when this message came, but that was fixed after a restart. Still getting the message though.

here is the message:

Server] Server thread/WARN [minecraft/EntityTrackerEntry]: Fetching addPacket for removed entity

What can it be?
