Stirling engine only produces 1 MJ/t. That's not really enough to get a Fermenter going very fast. You've only just started to generate energy, your engine is still blue. Wait for the engine to warm up and you might start getting some results.

I'm pretty sure that it's not outputting any energy to the fermenter, though. It's storing all of the energy it produces. Should I try conductive pipes?
