Request Feedback on modpacks that will run on this PC

I'm new here and don't know if this is the right section for my request, but I was wondering if I could get feedback on what will and what will not run (modpacks) on my current pc. Here's the specs, have at it with suggestions on what will work for my iffy pc...

Specs:
Windows 10
Processor; AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 3.70 GHz
RAM; 8.00 GB (7.17 GB Usable)*
System Type; 64-bit OS, x64 based processor
Graphics; AMD Radeon HD 8670D
CPU; 1 TB

P.S Let me know if I left anything out

*I actually have 3x 4 GB Ram but 1 of them doesn't seem to show as booted (gave it a speecy test and it showed 12 GB, so not sure if Windows sees it or not?)

I make my modpacks light on CPU and can run them on my computer far worse than yours. I have a pack called Incompetence [Code: INCOMPETENCE] and you should have no problem running it. Now you may think this is a shameless plug, and that's because it is. But you should be able to run most packs but may just need to run a few on lower settings.
