Let me say something that isn't like the_j485's jerkery. The project needs more planning. There is no main, fleshed out description of the project, just that it will have challenges. At least show some examples, tell us what kind of map it will be (skyblock, skylands, survival island, vanilla, etc.) and what exactly you mean by tournament. It would make your project so much more acceptable.
