There is a way i can add the little bar on the side when you press E that shows you all the resipes?

I agree with goreae this should probably go somewhere else, but I'm not sure where. To answer your question though press the 'o' button while your inventory is open. This show/hides NEI. To change it to where NEI only shows recipes instead of cheating items in you need to change the your mode from cheat to recipe. Go into the options menu of NEI and change your mode.
