Windows .exe Feed the Beast launching problems...

Welp i'm stuck. When I try to start Feed The Beast Unleashed all goes fine in the console until it gets to "Launching with applet wrapper..." and then Java stops working and this is what it says under problem details:

I am literally at a loss, I've Googled my problem in every way I can think of and I feel like i've tried everything from switching between Java 7 ver 51 and Java 6 ver 45 to removing all traces of FTB from my comp and starting over. A (probably important)side note: a few days ago I switched from Hamachi to Evolve to host a FTB server and all was working well until today.

Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Well I followed all the steps but had the same error again... It seems like its only Unleashed that is not fully loading because other modpacks open up and run fine.

*side note: I figured out a bit of a workaround but its just a bit of a hassle, I have to make sure Evolve is completely quit and that a program/application/task called "Runtime Broker" needs to be ended via Task Manager. It works but id still love to figure out and fix the initial problem.
