After i open the launcher it is just blank with no mod list texture pack list or anything.
Says please wait while mod are being loaded...

Also says network is unreachable and it will not even let me post log to paste bin....
Please help.

Please copy the launcher window to pastebin if you can. Try making a screenshot and pasting it here if you absolutely cannot copy the window's text. You should be able to select the text and either right click copy and paste or press ctrl-C then ctrl-V into pastebin.

In the mean time, it sounds like either your AV or firewall are is blocking the launcher connecting to the internet. If that is not it then the launcher window might give us another cause.
