Feed the beast is gone again

So a little while ago I downloaded feed the beast and it broke. I got fed up and left and I've finally come back around to using it again but I'm stuck with the exact same problem of it being broke.
So first off I have minecraft 1.5.2 and I have the current latest version of Java with all older versions removed. I have re-downloaded and check the Java today, so I don't believe there is any problem with that. I also know that there is nothing wrong with my internet conection hence why I can send this.
The problem is;
2013-05-28 21:39:18 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] There was a problem downloading the file bcprov-jdk15on-147.jar automatically. Perhaps you have an environment without internet access. You will need to download the file manually or restart and let it try again

When you say you've reinstalled FTB and Java, did you follow this step-by-step guide? Please follow it exactly. If it does not help post the entire console log in debug mode to pastebin.com and link it here. Here are the instructions to do get the log.

Something may be blocking Java or the launcher from accessing the internet. Try allowing access to or disabling the firewall and Anti-virus. If that does not work you might have to do as the log says and manually download the files.

I followed everything that the blog said and it didn't work. I've downloaded and re-downloaded every-thing thousands of times now and in the last time and that just doesn't work. (one of the reasons I'm so frustrated with all this) I never had any problem accessing the actual launcher it was always getting to the singleplayer/multiplayer screen that always gave me problems.
So I didn't follow the guide, I just used my own knowledge which happened to be correct, as for the blocking that's not going to have happened I've gone through my firewall and nothing is blocking it. Tekkit and minecraft will all work perfectly fine as well so there isn't a problem there.

I download 98% of the last file and then I get a popup saying can not launch...
