Windows .exe Fatal error starting up Minecraft and FML

Modpack version 1.2.7
Minecraft version 1.5.2

The issue is whenever I open up the Ampz modpack all the files install, but when FML starts "setting up your environment" it gives me the message "Fatal error starting up Minecraft and FML". I have tried deleting the modpack files and re-installed FTB, but still gives the same message.

Welcome. I did not read through the whole log, but one fix is listed here. After that is fixed if you are still experiencing problems please post a new console log to pastebin.com by clicking the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button and providing the link to the log it puts in the console.

this is a common problem. if your using AVG like i am, you need to disable it. the web browsing protection seems not to like minecraft much.
the problems are caused because forge isnt able to download some of the required librarys

You can get the files that did not download, listed above, from Unleashed. Copy them out of the folder 'C:\Users\User\feed-the-beast\Unleashed\lib' to 'C:\Users\User\feed-the-beast\UniversalElectricity\lib'

Actually this is an old error that has nothing to do with any AV program. The reason that the forge is not finding them is because they were 'renamed' with a new extension, .stash. Someone forgot to alert the mod pack authors that they now can/need to include these files in the download rather than having the forge download them. It is all explained in this thread that I had linked above. Since the pack author needs to update the pack not FTB the packs continue having this error as most of the authors are long gone.

You're using 32-bit Windows Vista, and thus 32-bit Java. To run the DW20 1.6.4 pack, you need to be running 64-bit Java, which requires a 64-bit OS. The only FTB pack designed to be run on 32-bit Java is FTB Lite 2.

Edit: Ah yes, Tristam Izumi was more observant than I was. Look here for more info about the limits of 32bit Java/OS and the 1.6.4 packs.

Heh. My MO is "it's Java's fault", and then if it isn't I look for other possible causes for problems.
