(The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open)
This usually happens when an antivirus program is being over zealous in its protection. Try adding an exclusion to the launcher folder, 'C:\Users\Cody\Desktop\Unleashed', in your antivirus. The other reason that I did not think of and was suggested by another user was an automated backup program backing up said file.
If you use any other mod pack you may have to change the exclusion folder to 'C:\Users\Cody\Desktop'. This is not suggested as any file you put on your desktop will not be checked by your antivirus program, unless you change the install folder using the guide below. Then you just change the exception to the folder 'C:\Users\Cody\Desktop\FTB'
As an added suggestion you should not be running the launcher on your desktop by following this
guide. It should be in its own folder on your desktop. So the launcher folder should be 'C:\Users\Cody\Desktop\
FTB\' this will keep the launcher files in their own place, like the FTBLauncherLog.txt, MinecraftLog.txt and server.log and the two jacob-1.17-M2-x64.dll files off your desktop and in the FTB folder.
