FAILED TO LOAD MODPACKS

When I open the FTB Launcher it pops up in the console that it cant find modpacks
on the FTB Launcher it just says, "Please wait while mods are being loaded..." for all eternity.
I was able to play for about a month and then the console popped up this.

Clear out ftb completely then reinstall it. This means both the modpack files(back up your worlds if you have any), and the .ftblauncher folder in appdata.
