Failed to connect to Server Disonnected

Hey Guys,

i rented a Server for a couple of friends. Were currently playing FTB Direwolf20 and everybody can join the server just fine except one of my friends.
If he tries to join it just gets stuck at the encrypting stage and then it just says disconnected. We tried reinstalling countless times and even switched server Hosts.
Any Ideas?
