Factorization Shoulder-Mounted Pistons on SMP not working

After spending about 2 hours on my friends SMP server I found out that Shoulder-Mounted pistons from factorization does not work. I've tried opping [Factorization] and Factorization to no prevail.

Does anyone know if this is a bug or if there is a way to fix it?

Sorry don't know the answers to your question but i have to ask what are Shoulder-Mounted pistons if i didn't ask that was going to bug me. lol

Push blocks everywhere! Be the Enderman! This will push a block that's in front of you, either the upper block, or the lower block. You must be standing in a clear space to use it. You can also push vertically by looking straight up or down.
