Factorization Barrels Question.

Not sure if this is the appropriate forum, but in one of Direwolf's recent SMP let's plays, I noticed that there were some barrels with over 600 stacks in them, and I can not seem to figure out how to adjust the capacity of them. Is it possible to do for my single player map, or was that a special thing for the forgecraft server?

you can it is called an Interdimensional barrel upgrade i think. once you make it you just right click on the barrel you want to have it and the barrel texture will change slightly and your barrel can now hold 1024 stacks of a single item.

It's shift and right click to upgrade.

ExtraDimensional actually... and shift right click to upgrade a standard barrel in place.
