Factorization Barrels Bugged? Direwolf20 1.6.4- 1.0.12

My barrels were working perfectly fine. I can input items into them with right click but now I can't remove the items or break the barrel. Does anyone know a solution for this problem? Thanks!

An axe, but what I really want is my items out of it. When I left click, nothing happens :/

Just what I was thinking it was. It that is indeed the problem then please tell us so we can lock the thread.
