Facade/Hollow Block Like Function For Liquiducts

Is there one? Like a block or something that makes the liquiduct look like as if it is coming straight through a wall, like what facades do to BC pipes and hollow blocks to RP2 tubes.
Also, one for redstone conduits would be awesome as well.

There are a few kinks with it but I do believe King Lemming and Immibis are working to get some of the TE stuff to work properly, though I think this is more of a problem with energy conduits right now. I believe it was mentioned in one of Kirin Dave's Let's Plays where he was making nether quartz micro blocks.
