Facade/Cover for liquiducts/redstone conduits?

Hey guys, Im playing on a FTB Ultimate server,

but I cant seem to work out how to use facade/cover on liquiducts? It just doesnt seem to work..

And covers just add a layer on top of it, so it might as well just be a block,

I want it like facade, that goes into the same block, and "hides" it.

Ive heard this is possible? But how?

You heard wrong it's not possible unfortunately.

AE cables can use facades though. That's where a lot of people get confused.
