F9 won't display chunks/Is there an F-key control list?

I apologize if this is not in the right forum, I tried Googling my question and most similar problems end up in this forum so this is where I chose to post it.

I'm on a FTB Unleashed multiplayer server with all mods enabled, everyone seems to be able to hit F9 and see red bars to indicate chunk boundries, but when I hit F9 nothing happens. I'm able to hit = and turn chunk boundries on the minimap, but underground those get hidden in the stone-filled areas that are seen as blackness.

Earlier I had a problem using the Mode switch function, and it was because "M" was bound to two keys, once I removed the second, it worked fine. So I'm assuming F9 is being bound to something else. I looked around and couldn't find an in-game list of what the F keys are bound to, cause pressing each one does something different except for F7 and F9.

So is there an in-game controls list for F keys? Any other solutions to my problem?

If you have something like OptiFine or any other rendering mod, it prevented me from seeing the bounderies

That was it. I had Soartex Fanver texture pack installed using Optifine. I tried disabling the texture pack, still didn't work. Had to completely close out the game, uninstall Optifine, then reload back up and that made the chunk display come up. Thank you!
