F7 isn't working

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

I'm using JEI, not NEI, so that's not causing the issue.
I do NOT have Mo Creatures, so that can't be causing it.
Using 1.12.2 with my own pack I've made.

I have things that affect NPCs and stuff, like Twilight Forest, and Ancient Warfare 2, so maybe that's doing it?

It seems kinda nuts that any mob mod would make F7 not work...
Is there anything else I can do to get it working again? Any idea why it might not be working?
