Summary of the problem ExU Mechanical User + TTL
Pack Version 3.0.0
What is the bug? More of an unintended feature. On a server, if you get a paper unbreakable TTL tool, then set it in a Mechanical User against a cobble gen or something that places a block (such as an AA block placer) or against a mob spawner (with a weapon) and chunkload it, TTL will continuously level it giving you practically easy free modifiers.
Mod & Version The pack version is actually 3.0.4 with ExU 1.1.3c and TiC 2.6.1.

Is it repeatable? Only on a server.
Known Fix If there is an option to blacklist, blacklist Tinker Tools in the Mechanical User.
