Extremely Annoying Lag

Dont know why this is happening, but whenever i try and play lapitos galaticraft pack, it seems to run smoothly for a few minutes, and then boom, near constant massive drops along with making the game pretty much unplayable. I dont know why this is happening, but i have tried everything.

Try updating Java as it is outofdate. Also try adding the JVM arguments from this thread into the launcher. Go to options then advanced options then copy and paste the text into the jvm additional parameters box.
