EXTREME LAG WHEN OPENING INVENTORY/CHESTS

Hi,
When ever I open a chest or my inventory it will drop my FPS down to 1-5 FPS for a couple of seconds this is getting quite annoying. I have Optifine installed but I have tried it when that isn't installed. I would highly appreciate it if you fixed this annoying problem. This problem has just started.

Here are my computer specs; They get around 60 FPS, Upgrading PC at XMAS time.

Please pastebin the log from when you opened the chest, with and without Optifine. Optifine might cause the issue, because it tends to do that more often than not.
