Summary of the problem Extra Utilities 2 rings don't work after changing dimensions

What is the bug? The ring of the flying squid ceases functioning when entering a new dimension (nether and twilight forest) regardless of available power and regardless of chunk loading.

Mod & Version Extra Utilities 2 1.12.1-6.8

Is it repeatable? Yes

Known Fix Remove and replace ring from inventory seems to work.

Angel Ring lost grid power(GP) with 150 blocks away and any dimensions there chunk loading errors.

Thank you for your patients. This issue has been addressed and fixed in the latest release of the modpack, 1.9.0 - it's still a beta mind so be sure to backup before updating. As such, this issue will now be closed. If you're still experiencing problems please open a new issue report via the same method as before.
