Summary of the problem Extra Utilities 2 1.7.3 causing some oddness with other mods.

What is the bug? ExtraUtilties 2 version 1.7.3 causing some issues. I have a open issue on Git here :

I had 10 Speed upgrades shift clicked them into the Extra-Util Resonator and it crashed the game. Downgraded to 1.7.2 and the Github issue is fixed as well as world is more stable / frame rates higher less tick lag.
Mod & Version Extra Utilities 2 version 1.7.2 seems more stable than 1.7.3

Is it repeatable? It is repeatable on my world. If I upgrade Extra Utilities 2 to version 1.7.3 RFTools Network monitor stops working and frame rate issues re-occur.
