Exporting items with NBT data from ME network

I'm still on 1.4.7, so I don't have access to the fuzzy busses, but I need to export things like enchant books, bees, and wispy essences from my ME network without adding every possible variation. Is there any easy way of doing so?

Is there any way then to filter out the items before putting them in a network? Enchant books are the biggest concern for me right now, and diamond pipes seem to successfully recognize all enchant books. However, although some of the input will be through an item tesseract, the majority of them will be from an enderchest. Is there any faster way to pump the items out of it than an autarchic gate?

use a separate network, import buses on the enderchest to an interface.

The Beauty of an ender chest is that if one is already using all 6 sides and can't extract fast enough, they can add more ender chests as they all share an inventory.

One can also attach any engine, or even a REC directly to a wooden pipe to up the speed.
A REC outputting 100mj/t has unrivalled speed.

also a higher tier gate can push out more items depending on how many energy pulsers are active

That however is dependant on the Buildcraft version - this is only possible (multiple pulsers on the same gate) as this change was added late in 1.4.7 afaik.
