Exploits in mindcrack?

Running a server properly is a lot of work. It doesn't end with starting the game and making a forum post. If you won't take good care of the server, it will never be great.

It's better for an innocent but suspicious person to get banned than for a cheater to go free. You can always find more people to play on your server. But even one cheater can ruin everything.

I'd rather have 10 guilty men go free then put 1 innocent one in jail. It's just a philosophical question and offtopic in here anyway. Just looking for exploits to patch up as best I can, and I know how much work running a server is but thanks for the lecture.

There's a massive difference between putting somebody in jail, potentially causing life-long physical and mental trauma, and making someone find a new server in a computer game.

Anyway, back on topic, you might want to disable MiscPeripherals computer controlled crafter and sorter, they can dupe and/or destroy items.
Not so much of an exploit, but chunk loading turtles can also wreck a server horribly to the tune of repeat turtle.forward() until server.outOfHardDriveSpace().

Disabling the lexicon will make it so the TC steel exploit won't work, right? I don't entirely understand how the exploit goes.

Haha. Most people will agree that exploits ruin the game as opposed to making it better, even for the exploiter. If you don't want to share you don't have to

Disable the crafting recipe for Tables and have arcane workbenches and research tables available in Spawn - make sure the research tables are built in a way that only 1 person can access them at a time so people can't steal each others notes
