Windows .exe Experiencing Major Lag.

Hello, I seem to be experiencing major lag when playing on my friend's server and I have near to no idea on what to do about the matter. Here is the important info:

- Minecraft Details
- Using MindCrack Pack v8.2.0
- Java 7 Update 17 (64-bit)

The issues:
- Empty world when connecting on the server(Taking a while to load)
- Sometimes spawn inside blocks
- Unable to receive synced noises when placing blocks
- Block entities not dropping when blocks are being mined
- Random timing out (Happens sometimes)
- Other users barely moving however are scuffing up particles if running
- Cannot drop items.

Strangely enough:
- Tried reinstalling Java multiple times (both 32 bit and 64)
- Reinstalled Feed the Beast and the respected Mod packs
- No issues at all with any other player on the server (Dedicated server hosted in Germany)
- No isses with my internet connection (No packetloss or ping increase)
- Restarted my router and computer.

Given both of the methods a try, here are the results.

Tried 1GB Maximum RAM with params, nothing changed. Pastebin
Tried 2.25GB Maximum RAM with params, the world took very long to load and actually timed after a period of time on the server. Pastebin

Anyway, I'm not entirely sure if I've interpreted the RAM options correctly, whether you were referring to the amount of RAM my system has or the setting in the FTB Launcher. I tried both options none-the-less though, also my system has over 2GB of RAM.
