Windows .exe Exiting the nether causes the game to crash

I have no problems entering the nether, but when i exit the world take a bit longer to load and when it loads it just loads the blocks i'm standing on, the portal instantly freezes then black screen and boom crash error report, i posted it on pastebin:

if someone knows what it's causing the crash and/or knows out to fix it please let me know this is getting annoying and i would appreciate a lot

Two things

1. Update Java (Link in my signature)
2. If after updating you still crash please post the console log in debug mode to pastebin and link here.

Don't know if this is related to the crash or not, but could you change the install directory to "C:\FTB\" (Without the quotes.)

Debug mode? Logging level for ForgeModLoader logging is set to ALL

Do you still get the crash without optifine installed?

Ok i no longer crash, I re-installed the whole mindcrack folder and re-installed the latest optifine my other extra mods back, seems to be working fine now.
