exception in server tick loop

i get this crash on startup of my server

i have already tried re downloading the server files it didn't change anything. i then decided to try the world in my single player and it world. which has severely confused me

Check out this link. Another user deleted the config and it fixed it. 'denoflionsx/denLibCore/updater.cfg'

i tried deleting that config and no luck.
the server is hosted on my desktop.
i have updated my graphics drivers and java also

I apologize I quoted the wrong config. After looking at your log again it is actually '/config/denoflionsx/DenPipes/DenPipes.cfg' for you. I'd suggest getting the config from the server zip again so you do not have any BlockID conflicts if you have it regenerate by itself. The other config updater.cfg does not have any BlockIDs this one does. If it is your client try a force update to get a new set of configs.

That is saying that you have a tab in your DenPipes.cfg config file (there should only be spaces, no tabs)

thanks. after i replaced a few configs that it kept saying i fixed it.
