Windows .exe Everytime when I click my FTB Launcher, my packs need to update/reinstall

Hello guys,

I have a stupid problem that is driving me nuts. I've put the FTB launcher in a map called FTB in the documents section.
But everytime I start up the FTB launcher, from the map or from the desktop, it places 2 documents on my desktop:
FTBLauncherLog and MinecraftLog. When I first downloaded FTB I did this all the same, and it didnt do this. So I tried copying the documents over to the assigned map for it and remove the desktop item and started the launcher via the launcher in my map. Everything I did, didnt work at all, it kept placing the 2 documents on my desktop. So when I tried downloading/updating a mod pack. For example the Direwolf20 pack, it kept placing the created map for it on my desktop, same with the 2 documents. I tried everything, reinstalling FTB, removed the assigned map for the FTB launcher etc. Before this method was working fine, now everytime I start up the mod pack from the FTB launcher, it keeps saying that I need to download/update the whole launcher again!! Please help me with this problem. Thanks.
