Every time I close out a modpack, it uninstalls

Title Every time I close out a modpack, it uninstalls

Details of the issue So I played sky factory 3 for a little bit a while ago and I recently got back into it. But everytime I'm done playing and I close out the game, I have to re install it like I never had it, anyone know a fix?
