Details of the issue:

Loading the game takes an hour or sometimes two to load up. It's stays on the mojang screen and downloads the textures and whatever else it downloads each and everytime I try to run the modpack.​

if it is already at the mojang screen it is done downloading. What it then does however is loading all the data and as the DireWolf20 modpack needs a lot of it there is not a lot you can do, except for getting a faster drive or to minimize the amount of disk usage when loading the pack.
