Summary of the problem EU2 Grid Power Increases Continuously

Pack Version 3.0.6

What is the bug? After setting up some water mills, my grid power production increased by 1000 every 10 seconds. I cheched this bug at different world still it occurs.

Version: 1.1.3d

Is it repeatable? Yes, restart the pack and log in the save.
