Details of the issue:
So a couple of days ago i was playing EthosPack completely fine, and today i tried to launch the modpack. And this came up

CB's DEpLoader was unable to download required library MrTJPCore-1.7.10-1.0.5.11-universal.jar
Check your internet connection and try restarting or download it manually from http://projectredwiki.com/maven/mrt...5.11//MrTJPCore-1.7.10-1.0.5.11-universal.jar and put it in your mods folder

i checked my internet and it was fine. And i clicked the link to download the mod,but there was the 404 error thing. So i searched arround on google and downloaded the ProjectRed MrTJPCore 1.7.10 mod and put it in the mod folder. And afterwards i launched the pack again, but it just stopped launching, closed the launcher, and took me back to my home screen. So then i deleted the mod and reinstalled it multiple times and the thing about ProjectRed thing kept poping up.​

i downloaded it and put it in the mod folder, but it just took me to the mojang loading screen thing and then it all exited out and im back staring at my home screen.

Also, i checked back in the mod folder and the mod has seemingly disappeared. i have no idea why

Hey, so I was having the same problem.
The link is right, but I needed to get the exact version.
If you scroll down, there's an "Other Downloads" option, the last link (1.0.5.11) is the one the pack uses.

As for how the file seemed to poof, it did the same for me, so i just deleted all the mods, and re-downloaded them by launching the game, then added the right mod version.
This made it work for me, hopefully it will work for you too!
 
I'm getting the same problem and I've tried following the steps above, but unfortunately deleting all the mods isn't preventing the file from disappearing has anyone got any other ideas?
edit: I've found that the file was only moving into the 1.7.10 folder within the mods folder, but minecraft still won't start so I'm at a bit of a loss...

ahhh I was using the wrong launcher, aren't I clever.

I have found that i needed to add MrTJPCore-1.0.5.11-universal for it too launch
but also i had also noticed how there isn't a recipe for one of the highest tier jet packs so you'd need to add
RedstoneArsenal-[1.7.10]1.1.0-80 and CoFHCore-[1.7.10]3.0.1-254 so that redstone arsenal will work and then i added
BigReactors-0.4.3A and Jabba-1.1.4_1.7.10 for better storage to start off with for things like cobble ect that bulk up fast
and also rotarycraft and dragonapi needed updating to v7f as there was a notice at the top of the screen

Wheres the mods folder???
 
I downloaded the mod, installed into the mods folder, and added the mod, but it still says the same project red problem! sometimes the cpu loads to 100 percent, but there is still the same problem!

Take a look at the post number 7, there is a link to a core mod that is needed.
And next time put the log in pastebin, it's a lot easier to read.
 
NVM, i just reinstalled the launcher and it loaded till the minecraft tab appeared. It just stopped loading, then went into the non responsive mode, then had to force quit.
