Eternal day age

Simple thing
I want to create an eternal day world for my solar panels to live in with rftools in 1.7
What would be the dimlets in order I need ? I don't have a lot of dimlets so keep it simple
Don't really care what the world looks like as long as it's always day and sun

I think you only need to add a Time Noon dimlet. This can be crafted in the Dimlet (Dimension?) Workbench with a Time Absorber set to noon (100%). You can use a vanilla Daylight Sensor to give the absorber a redstone signal around noon (put 15 pieces of redstone without intersections between sensor and absorber). It takes a few minecraft days for it to be completed.
