Essentia Tubes now can only carry one type of essentia at a time. The issue with your setup is that the vertical section will have interference between the three essentia types, and the valves, being linear, mean that when you shut off the valve for herba, no essentia can travel into any of the jars. A much easier way to set up what your'e trying to do here would be to have one tube coming out of each alembic and then attach each labelled jar to its corresponding alembic.
The modifications to what you have set up:
Step 1: Move the tube coming out of the granum alembic to the other side of the alembic (attach it to the left rather than the right)
Step 2: Move your arbor essentia jar to where that pipe you just moved was (place it underneath the tube coming out of the arbor alembic)
Step 3: Move your granum essentia jar underneath the pipe coming out of the granum alembic
Step 4: Move your arbor essentia jar next to the furnace, underneath the pipe coming out of the arbor alembic.
You can then remove the essentia valves, as they're no longer needed. This setup ensures you only ever have one type of essentia going through an essentia tube, ensuring that there is never any impediment to essentia flow
