Details of the issue:

Went to update from 0.8.1 to 0.8.2 and have tried several times and does not work. Worked fine at other work stations like at home, but not at office. Have been playing on both computers for months. Please advise​

I think this is what you are looking for.... I also recently switched from using Avast Anit-Virus to AVG. This is probably my issue but I am not sure how to fix.

Did you check documentation of AVG or did you ask their customer service to document that?
