ERROR WHEN TRYING TO JOIN ONLINE SERVER!

I can load FTB, play single player, but when i go to play multiplayer, it says:
Internal exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Hi, it is not the ftb launcher, when it loads, it opens minecraft. Then i click multiplayer, then join a server, Then i get this error. http://gyazo.com/d6954a8a411a29bdb04976510a9f332e

That's an issue with the server "broadcasting", your internet connection or your antivirus.

So it could be my anti virus? So i will have to allow it through?
